🔑 Password Reset – Applicant Portal
If you have forgotten your password, follow the steps below to reset it securely.
▶ Step-by-Step Guide
Go to the Applicant Login page and click “Forgot Password”. Enter the email address you used to register and click submit. You will receive a password reset email from Checks Direct 📧. Open the email and click the secure reset link. Create your new password following the on-screen requirements. Once updated, return to the login page and sign in using your email address and new password.
📌 APPLICANT PASSWORD RESET GUIDE:
🔐 Password Requirements
Your new password must meet the minimum character requirement shown on screen, include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, include at least one number, and include at least one special character (if prompted).
📩 Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
After resetting your password, a verification code will be sent to your registered email address each time you log in. Check your inbox and enter the code when prompted. If you do not receive the code, please check your spam or junk folder.
❗ Common Issues
📭 I haven’t received the reset email
Check your spam or junk folder. Search your inbox for “Checks Direct”. Ensure you entered the correct email address.
⏳ My reset link has expired
For security reasons, password reset links may expire. If this happens, repeat the reset process to generate a new link.
🔒 My account is locked
After multiple unsuccessful login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for security reasons. Please Raise a support ticket
